📜 GENERAL POLICY

• By purchasing from LOSMIRATO SHOP, you automatically accept these Terms of Service.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Any refund, replacement, or warranty request must include valid video proof of the issue.

• False accusations, scam reports without evidence, chargebacks, threats, or abuse towards staff may result in a permanent ban without warning.

• Terms of Service may be modified at any time without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

🛡 WARRANTY POLICY

• Standard warranty duration is specified on each product page.

• "Full Warranty" means coverage for issues such as password changes, loss of premium status, or account replacement according to the product warranty.

• "Full Warranty" does NOT mean lifetime warranty unless explicitly stated.

• ChatGPT accounts do not include any warranty unless specified on the product page.

• No refund or replacement will be provided in case of:

Revoke waves
Platform patches
Method shutdowns
Supplier shutdowns
Service discontinuation

• Warranty does not cover user mistakes, misuse, account sharing, changing account details against instructions, or violations of platform rules.

• Products requiring password changes for security (such as Full Access accounts) must be secured by the customer. Failure to do so voids the warranty.

🎬 NETFLIX LIFETIME KEY

• Invalid keys will be replaced.

• Non-working accounts generated by the key will be replaced.

• Lifetime warranty applies only while the redemption system remains operational.

• If the redemption platform, supplier, or method is permanently shut down, patched, discontinued, or becomes unavailable, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

• Lifetime warranty does not guarantee the perpetual existence of the underlying system.

💳 PAYMENTS & ORDERS

• We only accept payment methods listed on our website or Discord.

• PayPal payments must be sent via Friends & Family when requested.

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

• Any chargeback, dispute, unauthorized claim, or payment reversal will result in a permanent blacklist and active dispute of the case.

📹 VIDEO PROOF REQUIREMENTS

• Minecraft Full Access replacements require complete video proof from delivery to issue.

• Netflix Full Access, Spotify accounts, ChatGPT accounts, and other Full Access products may require video proof showing the issue.

• Edited, cropped, incomplete, or suspicious videos may be rejected.
